RENTAL PERIOD?

DO YOU REQUIRE A RENTAL MINIMUM?

Each item in our inventory is priced individually and most are also offered as packages. Typically our clients order totals range from $500 to $3500 with the average client spending around $2000. 
Once you start to get close to our Unlimited Rentals package I typically recommend upgrading to it to save money and get the most bang for your buck!

Our delivery minimum varies based on the distance from Mercersburg, PA.  

Within 25 miles : $500 minimum
26-50 miles : $1000 minimum
51-100 miles : $2500 minimum
101 + miles : $3500 minimum
If you would like to pick up your items there is a $250 minimum. Keep in mind, not all items are available for pick up. 

Our rentals are for a minimum of a 24 hour period. On occasion, based on our delivery schedule, venue availability and client wishes we are able to deliver earlier than the day-of and pick up in the days after your event.

Please check with us if you are looking for rentals for longer than just a day! We offer multiple day discounts!

Of course! We love to show off our pretties! We are by appointment only and typically meet Monday - Thursday from 12-8pm.

In order to formally reserve your items we do require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer. 

The remaining 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to the wedding or event. 

Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind we book based on a first come, first serve basis. In order to ensure you are guaranteed your wish list of items we recommend booking as soon as you have a date. We can even book things before you have a venue, a date is all we need to hold your items!

We are always open to buying or building items to offer to you at a rental rate. It will depend on what it is and if we feel it will rent again. Also, we may already have what you are looking for! Some of our existing pieces may be shy and not have pictures on the website just yet! But always ask, we are very open to new pretty pieces!

We welcome changes to your order and want to work with you to create your dream wedding. We are happy to swap out items as long as your total rental amount doesn't decrease and your requested items are available.

Any items that are lost or damaged beyond repair are billed at 3x the rental rate and payment is due 14 days after the event. 

In the event that the item can be repaired or cleaned you will be billed for the cost plus $50 to cover our time and mileage.
