This package is for the bride who loves our style and everything we offer. With our Coordination and Unlimited Rentals package you get everything that is offered in our traditional Coordination package PLUS unlimited access to our entire inventory.

 Throughout your entire planning process we are here for you and work to ensure you are utilizing our inventory to the maximum to enhance the style and decrease your other areas of cost. Our inventory is constantly growing and this gives you access to everything we have and obtain between booking and your wedding day.  





This package includes

• Unlimited rentals (see fine print below)
• Complimentary initial consultation
• Vendor referrals and recommendations as needed
• Vendor and bridal party worksheets
• Sight tour of both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
• Creation and oversite of detailed floor plan including vendors
• Creation and distribution of detailed timeline
• Follow up telephone calls and or emails to all vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day
• Organization of vendor deliveries & set up
• Attendance at and coordination of Rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
• Personal item & decor set up
• Ensure set up is taking place according to contracts and timeline
• Photo prep & lineup assistance
• Distribution of final payments / gratuities
• Guest welcoming & event site transition
• Complete access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit
• 10 hours for the head coordinator and up to 8 hours for the assistant coordinator on the day of your wedding

• Mismatched china for 300+ guest

• Chandeliers have an installation fee of $25 per chandelier
• Limited to 5 chandeliers total (1 big and 4 little)
• Custom built items specifically for your event are not included in price, they will be priced and billed separately
• Events over 160 guests will require a head count surcharge
• Mileage / Delivery fees are not included in the package price
